Yesterday I discovered I have a sensitivity to tapioca. The list now includes: gluten, oats, dairy, corn, peanuts, cashews, and tapioca. I’m hoping that I will soon have a feeling of comfort rather than discomfort in the stomach area. And then even if there are other things that I should avoid, it won’t really matter because I will be comfortable in my sensitivities.
At yesterday’s session, the doc used a cold laser - more than normal. I don’t know if I am just getting the flu, or if it was motion sickness, or if my body was just detoxing from the session, but my body was crazy last night. I felt nauseous all evening and went to bed early. I was so hot. When I got up to use the washroom, my bed was radiating heat. It was sick. I wasn’t able to fall asleep until after 2:00. Bleugh. But this morning I woke up and felt okay. My right ear is still plugged, but I’m not dizzy and I haven’t really been nauseous yet today.

I had tapioca for the first time ever a few days ago. You aren't really missing much.

It's tapioca flour/starch that's the problem. It's in almost all the gluten free products.
