I finished the first round of mebendazole for the ol' hookworm. I'll try a second round in a few weeks. It went pretty well. I was super tired, I don't know if that was the drugs or just because. I was hoping to see something. I don't know, like a worm or something. I think the best thing about discovering you have worms would be to see the worms exit the body. Oh well. Maybe there's still time for that.

I started the deworming process. Nothing too disgusting to report.

I have a parasite!

So I sent my poop by fed-ex, and I will meet with my nd in a couple weeks to talk about the results. I held onto gluten until Jan 19th. I had one more blood test but haven't heard back yet. I decided that it was time to cleanse. I started the master cleanse on Saturday. Today is only Monday, but I hate it and I'm stopping it. I had some serious GI trauma Sunday morning. Today I mostly feel like my intestines are on fire. My plan is to fast for a day or two and then get on with my life.
